It takes 3-5 business days to process all orders including multiple quality checks. After which they are immediately dispatched* from our warehouse & you will receive a tracking link to your registered Email which would give the exact date the prints would reach your doorstep.
*Transit times vary according to the location and Pin-code serviceability but please allow for up-to 7-10 days at max after processing. While we will try to ship out your prints immediately, once it leaves the warehouse the transit times are unfortunately out of our control as we do not have a native logistics service and rely on 3rd party partners (Ship Rocket, Bluedart, Delhivery etc..) .

Fine Art Paper has a thickness of 210 GSM and has no texture on it. Fine Art Paper has less vibrant colors and looks less realistic than Museum Paper.
Whereas Museum Paper which is 350 GSM and Museum Canvas which is 380 GSM look more vibrant, more realistic, and have smooth textures. Museum Paper and Fine Art Paper are framed with glass whereas Museum Canvas doesn't require any glass.
- Yes, we offer aĀ stress free 7-day exchange policy in case you got a damaged/defective product.Ā Since all products are made to order we do not offer change of mind returns, but in case you placed an order by mistake we offer a 2 hour cancellation window. - We take great care in packaging to ensure your art print arrives in pristine condition. We use protective film on individual artwork, bubble wrap your order and then add another layer of 3-ply cardboard to ensure that the products reach out in the best condition.
